Rose Dishes1 - 31 May 2023As every year, in the period between 27 April and 21 May the town of Nova Gorica, which has a rose in its emblem, will host the 18th Festival of Roses, with numerous events and a rich roses-based offer.
As roses have a nice smell and taste, a mandatory part of this festival will be various rose-based dishes. The restaurant of the Sabotin Hotel will serve various rose-based dishes. You can order single dishes or the 4-course Sweet-smelling Rose menu at the price of € 35 (available after 3pm; prior booking for groups is mandatory.)
