The Kayak Centre on the Soča river in Solkan is the national kayaking centre. It is located only 1 km away from the Sabotin Hotel.


The Centre is situated in the immediate vicinity of a world-class whitewater kayak slalom course and the premises of the Soške Elektrarne Kayak Club near the hydro power plant. The Soča River hosts important national and international competitions.
