Mushrooms at Sabotin

Autumn and the aroma of mushrooms will once again fill the air at Sabotin. On Monday, 5 October 2026, the 29th Traditional Mushroom Exhibition will open its doors at Sabotin Hotel .
On Sunday, 4 October, members of the Nova Gorica Mycological Society will spend the afternoon setting up the exhibition in the hotel garden. Visitors will be able to discover a variety of mushroom species, while members of the society will also be on hand to help with mushroom identification.
The exhibition will be open to visitors until Wednesday, 7 October 2026.
From 5 to 11 October, don’t miss the special autumn menu at the restaurant of Hotel Sabotin.
